Treating effluent can lead to significant cost savings and can solve problems associated with complying with discharge consents. We can take full ownership of feasibility studies and outline* design of effluent treatment plant, from working with laboratory partners to setup sampling surveys to liaising with suppliers and installers. We can work on new-build treatment plant or extensions to existing systems.
We've worked on effluent treatment plant designs in many manufacturing industries and we understand how difficult it can be to make sure you end up with the right process for your site and needs. Our five-stage study procedure ensures a systematic and auditable process for identifying treatment options. Clients are fully involved at every stage.
BWC is independent of any equipment supplier and this ensures our advice is fully impartial and unbiased. This means you will always get the right solution for your site.
* Why "outline" design? Most equipment suppliers prefer to carry out their own detailed design work. We see no point in carrying out two stages of detailed design work when one would be superfluous. Consequently we will carry out all work to a stage we call "outline". This gives clients sufficient information to see accurate dimensions and costs for a new treatment system but without needlessly repeating work suppliers would do.
Our design work covers many manufacturing industries and we'd love to hear about your effluent treatment design needs.
